Read cohort from CSV

Usage

cohortFromCSV(pathToCsv, cohortId = NULL)

Arguments

pathToCsv

Path to the cohort data CSV file

cohortId

The id for cohort in cohorts' table, if NULL whole table will be imported

Value

a tbl object for further CohortContrast usage
