Read cohort from data.frame object

Usage

cohortFromDataTable(data, cohortId = NULL)

Arguments

data

A data frame with cohort data

cohortId

The id for cohort in cohorts' table, if NULL whole table will be imported

Value

a tbl object for further CohortContrast usage
